Copenhagen Specs confirms its trade fair date of 5-6 March, making it the first eyewear trade fair in the Nordic region in 2022. Since 1 February, all restrictions have been lifted in Denmark, so the optical industry can finally meet in Copenhagen again.

Morten Gammelmark, CEO of Copenhagen Specs, comments: “We are happy to finally gather the optical industry after a very long time under the influence of Covid-19. We look forward to inspiring our visitors with new collections and products from our innovative exhibitors.”

He adds, “These have been tough times in the events business, so we hope to have the same support from exhibitors and visitors as we did before the pandemic. Of course, we will continue to work hard on the pandemic and take all necessary measures to ensure the safety of exhibitors and visitors as best as possible.”
Copenhagen Specs started in 2014
In 2014, Gammelmark founded the independent labels fair in Copenhagen out of a great love for eyewear. Since then, it has developed into a natural meeting place for the independent part of the Scandinavian optical industry.

The 2022 fair will be held at the extraordinary event location Lokomotivværkstedet in the centre of Copenhagen. Currently, almost 70 brands are represented in the exhibitor list.
