„Given the current situation in the Netherlands with the extended lock-down, we have decided to postpone the 10th edition of Bold to April 11 and 12, 2021. We are still positive and fortunately so are our participants. Hopefully this extended lock-down will ensure that the corona infections will continue to decrease. Also, more people will be vaccinated by then. We expect April to be a better month than March, for both participants and visitors, so this seems like the best choice now“, says the press release from the organisers of Bold Optical, Terressa Binnendijk and Walter van Waas.
When Bold Optical takes place in April in Nijkerk, the Netherlands, it will be celebrating its tenth edition. A number of eyewear labels have already registered, and the good experiences from September promise a safe trade fair again, according to the organisers.
A new feature this time is the possibility to register for tickets in advance, which guarantees fast processing at the entrance. „And because it’s our birthday, every visitor will get a free drink from us!“
